On the heels of the Sixers most exciting victory of the season over the weekend, the boys traveled to Indianapolis for a game in which neither team’s defense made too many appearances. The Sixers won 147-143 thanks to 42 points from Joel Embiid, 20 assists from James Harden, and 20 points from spot starter Jalen McDaniels. Tyrese Maxey scored 24 points for the fourth straight game since being reinserted into the starting lineup, and the Sixers won a game in which they were missing both PJ Tucket (back spasms) and Tobias Harris (calf contusion). The Sixers are back in action tonight for the back end of a back-to-back with a quick from Indiana to Minnesota.
